How do I contact customer support?

To help us assist you best, please let us know which device you’re using, the OS version, and whether you’re using a controller or not.

Where can I play Spyder? 

You can find Spyder exclusively on Apple Arcade, where it's available to play on macOS, tvOS and iOS.

Do I need an internet connection to play Spyder? 

You will need an internet connection to download the game, but once it’s downloaded you’re free to play offline.

Can I play on multiple devices? 

Spyder utilises iCloud storage (if available) to synchronise your save games across your tvOS, MacOS and iOS devices that are signed into that same iCloud account.

Are there achievements to collect in Spyder? 

Yes - you'll find achievements dotted throughout the game. It's up to you to discover them though – you are a spy after all! Just make sure you're logged in to your Game Centre account to collect them.

Does Spyder support different languages?

Yes – you can change the in-game language using the Settings cog. Otherwise, the game will automatically run in your native language as specified by your system settings.

Does Spyder support game controllers? 

Yes! Spyder on tvOS supports full Siri remote use, plus support for MFi controllers. You can also use PlayStation 4, Xbox One and MFi controllers on iOS and macOS too.

How do I save my progress/how often does progress save? 

Your game data is saved periodically, regardless of whether you're playing on or offline. If offline, it'll be saved locally until you've got an internet connection, when it'll be saved to the cloud.
